We do not own, operate, or provide the travel services ourselves. Our role is to connect you with third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

2. Booking and Payments

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to us (e.g., passenger names, dates, destination) is accurate and complete. Any errors may result in additional costs or cancellation.

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from us, typically via email, and full or partial payment (deposit) has been received.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and paid in full. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Payments: Payment terms (deposits, final balance due dates) will be communicated at the time of booking. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellations and Amendments

By You: Cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing. Cancellation and amendment fees will apply as per the terms of the third-party suppliers and our own administrative fees. These fees can be up to 100% of the total booking cost.

By Suppliers: We are not liable for cancellations or changes made by third-party suppliers. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide suitable alternatives or assist with refunds according to the supplier's policies.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you hold all necessary passports, visas, health certificates, and other travel documents. We can provide general advice but do not guarantee its accuracy. It is your responsibility to check with relevant embassies, consulates, and government websites.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unforeseen circumstances such as cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirst for Travel shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
